We offer a low cost monthly membership pricing that still allows you to be seen promptly and receive high-quality care by a primary care provider who is invested in you! We also offer acute care visits from board certified provider who takes an integrative approach to health.

No more time wasted waiting months to see a provider or sitting hours in an urgent care waiting rooms.
Because Direct Health is not a health insurance plan, we encourage patients to carry some form of health insurance in the case of a major health problem. However, since many routine services are covered by your membership, you could consider switching to a "high-deductible" health plan that costs less per month. There are also health-cost sharing companies, which we LOVE!
Do I still need insurance as a FNDATN Direct Health Patient?
Absolutely! In traditional healthcare, everything is based on treating an already existing problem. By having frequent access to your PCP, you are ahead of the game and promoting lifelong health and longevity!
Should I join a Direct Health Model if I'm healthy?
DPC providers can negotiate lower rates for diagnostic tests, medications, and referrals because they don't have to deal with insurance payments.
